BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING(BPO)

The act of assigning certain non-essential business tasks and responsibilities to an outside organization is known as business process outsourcing (BPO). Payroll, human resources (HR), accounting, and customer/call center relations are a few examples of BPO services. Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) is another name for BPO. ITES-BPO, which stands for Information Technology Enabled Service, is the name given to procedures that are technology-driven. The BPO sector includes the knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) and legal process outsourcing (LPO) subsectors.
